* Overall Responsibility for control of Accounts Dept
* Bank reconciliation
* Management of weekly payment runs
* Weekly cash flow forecast
* Monthly management accounts
* Accruals and prepayments
* Inter-company accounts
* Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation calculations
* Preparation of monthly payroll
* Maintenance of the Nominal Ledger, including reconciliations
* Occasional cover of purchase ledger duties including monthly payment run
* Work with all areas of business
* Work with sales on price lists
* Quarterly VAT
* Production of year end accounts and year end file
* Monthly Debtors reconciliation
* Control account reconciliations
* Budgeting and forecasting
