Start Date: 1st September 2025 Salary: Grade 4 £25,584 - £27,269 (FTE) The Governors & Headteacher of St Anne's are seeking to appoint a Catering Manger to delivery an outstanding catering service to our school. We are looking for an energetic, committed and caring individual who are excited to contribute to our school’s journey, ensure a high standard of catering service to ensure our future generations have nutritious, delicious meals.
The role will include the following duties:
* Manage a quality, cost effective catering service in accordance with service level agreements or contracts and legislative requirements
* Plan menus to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and customer needs
* Carry out efficient financial administration
* Manage a team and be responsible for human resources including training and development and managing attendance
* Promote the service to maximise meal uptake

The ideal candidate will hold the suitable qualifications, demonstrate a collaborative, team working approach focused on improvement and supporting the vision, values and objectives of the school.
They will manage a quality, cost effective catering service, and will have operational experience of a catering facility, where high standards of food quality, service and attention to detail are paramount.
