The DMS Digital and Transformations Functions are pivotal to driving digital, transformation and innovation across the DMS, enabling the effective delivery of healthcare. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our fantastic team. This is a key enabling role, leading and supporting the DMS Digital and Transformation Functions to deliver core corporate outputs and support the wider teams to achieve their objectives. The Office Manager will Co-ordinate and lead on the completion of a wide range of requirements associated with financial management, risk and performance, workforce, communications and other areas associated with governance and business management. Strategic Command Transformation Strategic Command is going through a significant transformation programme which aims to improve the way the Command conducts its business and delivers for Defence and the nation. As a consequence of this, all posts within Strategic Command Headquarters and in time the wider organisation, are/will be subject to review and potential changes as we continuously improve across the period of the transformation programme. These changes may be minor or could be more substantive and will generate new opportunities. Job description The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): Establishing and managing a small team to deliver corporate outputs and support the DMS Digital and Transformation Functions. Working closely with the DMS Business Management Function and DMS Outer Office to deliver outputs, co-ordinating returns across the wider DMS Digital and Transformation Functions. Ensuring the implementation of effective processes across the Digital and Transformation Functions associated with delivering Financial, Risk, Performance, Business Continuity and Health and Safety outputs. Tracking and forecasting Finance spend. Workforce capability management, including skills management and recruitment. Health and Wellbeing Management. Communications Management.
