As we continue our growth and expansion, we seek an experienced and qualified Financial / Cost and Management Accountant to lead financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts
* Cost control and financial management of ongoing and future projects
* Monitoring and reporting of key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
* Audit preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Revenue and tax management (VAT, PAYE, etc.)
* Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Reporting to the Executive Chairman
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. A professional accounting qualification is expected.
Experience: Minimum five years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial control, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and audit procedures
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
* Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
