We are looking for an enthusiastic & hardworking Temporary Customer Services Administrator to provide support to our client during their busy, peak period. It is essential that you are available to commit to the entire contract duration, from now until the end of January 2025. This will include working Friday 27th, Monday 30th, and Tuesday 31st December 2024.
Your responsibilities as a Temporary Customer Services Administrator will include:
1. Helping support the team during their busy, peak period.
2. Communicating with customers via email, providing support and resolving their issues.
3. Recording information accurately into a variety of systems.
To be a successful Temporary Customer Services Administrator you must have:
1. A passion for delivering excellent customer services.
2. The desire to show commitment and reliability.
3. Experience of working with a number of systems/databases including Microsoft Office suite.
4. A confident communication style.
5. A hardworking attitude.
6. Good written English with the ability to compose professional emails.
