At Smart Environmental Support Services, we're on a mission to create a brighter future for all. As an Environmental Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our service delivery across sites in Surrey and surrounding counties.
This exciting role involves recruiting a flexible workforce for waste management clients, encompassing client management and recruitment activities that require travel to various locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Understanding client needs and actively recruiting candidates
* Maintaining records in line with legislative requirements
In addition to these core duties, you'll also be responsible for conducting candidate interviews, providing work inductions, and managing personnel performance. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment background, a working knowledge of Health & Safety at work, and an understanding of waste and recycling collection operations.

This is a competitive role with a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus call allowance, car allowance, comprehensive medical cash plan, and other benefits including discounts on holistic wellbeing, access to a 24-hour EAP advice line, and life assurance.
