We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Paraplanning Team. This team plays a vital role in supporting financial advisers by conducting technical research, cash flow modelling, report writing, producing recommendations and assisting with the building and implementation of financial planning solutions.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Undertake technical research and financial analysis to support the financial advisers in identifying suitable solutions for the client.
* Analyse portfolios, including benchmarking, rebalancing and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
* Conduct detailed research on financial products, investment opportunities, and market conditions.
* Analyse clients' financial situations, including their assets, liabilities and long-term financial goals.
* Prepare comprehensive financial planning reports and recommendations.
* Ensure reports comply with regulatory requirements and align with clients' financial objectives.
* Keep up-to-date with changing laws, tax rules, financial legislation and technology trends.
* Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including documentation and records management.
* Liaise with product providers, investment platforms and third parties.
* Act as a point of contact for clients when advisers are unavailable.
* Provide updates and clarify details related to financial plans.
* Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and workflows through technology and automation.
* Embrace emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning preferred but not essential.
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to simplify complex areas of advice.
* Understanding of the full financial planning process and experience using financial services research tools.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
* A strong relationship builder and collaborative team player with a client-centric approach.
* Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office.

* Full-time Position (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm)
