CAMPAIGNS COORDINATOR What It’s All About - The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Campaigns Coordinator to join our marketing team based at our Head Office in Northampton. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery and implementation of impactful campaigns and initiatives to promote a strong company culture across our UK construction sites and head office. You will be instrumental in helping us to devise effective campaigns to raise awareness and effect positive change in health, safety and wellbeing amongst our employees and supply chain. Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns & Content Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) and HR teams and key stakeholders to actively raise the profile of our culture relating to health, safety and wellbeing across our business through our ‘Doing It Right’ behavioural change programme. The role will require some travel to our UK construction sites to provide support to site and management teams. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Development of ‘Doing It Right’ signage, content, videos, materials and assets across different media formats, to support topics and ongoing development of the programme. Development of ‘Doing It Right’ internal and external communications including newsletters and updates, briefings and presentations, Viva Engage and social media posts. Content development support for toolbox talks, case studies, presentations and other HSEQ communications. Assisting in delivering events e.g., company-wide stand down, supply chain forums and our ‘Doing It Right’ Conference. Responsible for the maintenance of our ‘Doing It Right’ internal intranet page and external website page. Coordinating site safety and ‘Doing It Right’ signage online portal updates with suppliers and assisting with queries from sites. Working with operations teams and supporting sites to ensure ‘Doing It Right’ signage, materials and assets are being implemented correctly and consistently. Responsible for driving engagement of site and management teams and our supply chain with ‘Doing It Right’ initiatives. Working cooperatively with site teams to ensure good communication. Inducting new Winvic staff members and suppliers to our ‘Doing It Right’ culture. Coordinating timely reviews and updates to the Subcontractor Minimum Standards and issuing to supply chain partners. Supporting the integration of new AI technology with HSEQ documents. Maintaining budget spreadsheet for areas of responsibility. Skills/ Experience Experience in coordinating Marketing Campaigns and analysis of impact through measurement tools is desirable. Experience of delivering impactful Health & Safety communications and engagement initiatives and programmes is desirable. Experience in a HSEQ or communications role within the construction or civil engineering sectors would be beneficial. Experience in behavioural or cultural changes would be beneficial. An understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation would be advantageous. Strong analytical and data interpretation and management skills would be beneficial. IT skills: computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Canva and MailChimp experience would be an advantage. Effective written and verbal communication skills: you will be required to write and edit clear and concise copy for communications and materials, so strong copywriting skills are needed and excellent attention to detail. Organisational skills: the ability to use initiative and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are all important. Great interpersonal skills: confidence in and the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with a wide variety of people across internal and external audiences e.g. suppliers. Have a personable manner and be a positive, contributing and adaptable member of the team. Flexibility and willingness to travel to sites as part of the role.
