Our security operatives are screened internally to meet Security Industry Authority (SIA) standards and are certified in first aid, DBS checked, vetted, insured, and trained to British Security Standards.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
* Job Type: Full-time Position
* Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00)
* Work Location: Office Based in South East London SE9.
* Successful Candidate Start Date: As soon as Possible.
ROLE Description
We are recruiting for a competent Sale & marketing Administrator to join our current team in our head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies and conducting market research to increase the company profile and clientele base. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at London Security Services. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Other day by day responsibilities are:
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, coordinating with colleagues, media and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
* Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns, including social media and e-commerce campaigns and producing monthly reports on campaign performance.
* Promote the services offered by the company.
* Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
* Analyze the use of new market technologies to sell to clients.
* Track sales data and work to meet targets.
* Identifying sales leads and developing relationships with potential customers.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service, including handling of complaints, receiving and acting on feedback and effective negotiation.
* Attending sales and business meetings with the aim of converting new businesses.
* Any other reasonable duties identified by management.
ESSENTIAL
* Any Higher Educational qualification (degrees, diplomas or NVQs)
* Any previous work experience in a general HR role & position.
* Excellent Knowledge of Security Service industries within out outside the UK.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
* Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
* A result-driven and organized individual.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent in Microsoft Office Tools.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
The successful candidate will receive:
* Salary £30,000 per Annum + All Statutory Benefits.
