What You’ll Do:
Take the lead on cost management for the £150m industrial & logistics project, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope.
Manage JCT contracts, ensuring all aspects are met in compliance with legal and client requirements.
Provide expert advice on cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Lead and manage the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and other contractual documents.
Monitor project costs, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure financial objectives are met.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver accurate cost reports and maintain smooth project progression. What They’re Looking For:
Experience with JCT contracts is a must-have.
Extensive quantity surveying experience gained from working within a consultancy environment.
Ideally, MRICS accredited or working towards it.
Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract management in the industrial and logistics sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. What you can expect.
Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £95,000, depending on experience.
