As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the EU leadership team, managers and employees, as well as global central teams across the business to ensure Spreetail EU employees have the HR support and resources they need to thrive. They are responsible for overseeing talent management, employee relations, support for day-to-day HR tasks, maintaining full legal and regulatory compliance, and overall contributing to a positive workplace culture. How you will achieve success: Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing contracts, right to work checks, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Support employee engagement programs, training, annual reviews, workforce planning and organizational design efforts. Provide proactive employee relations support by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage employee records, update HR systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain compliance with UK and Germany employment regulations, GDPR, and internal policies. Liaise with the Global payroll team to ensure accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and deductions and support Spreetail EU leadership on month-end workforce reporting. What experiences will help you in this role: 2-3 years experience working in HR. Familiarity with UK and Germany employment laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Dayforce and/or other HRIS, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
