Express Recruitment are delighted to be representing a Global ERP Supplier who are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst on a full time, hybrid, and permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders, analyse complex data sets, create detailed business requirement documents, and analyse current business processes all whilst supporting change management initiatives and developing test plans. They will also ensure all projects comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a Business Analysis position, have a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools, and have experience creating detailed business requirement documents. They will also have an understanding of security solutions, compliance, and governance frameworks.
In return, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£70,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including hybrid working (must commute to London 2 days per week), 38 days holiday including stats, sick pay, pension, and flexible working.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders
* Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights
* Create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications
* Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
* Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement
* Support change management initiatives for new systems and processes
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements
* Ensure projects comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience in a Business Analysis position with use of CRM, Finance, ERP, or other enterprise systems in those roles being essential
* Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools including BABOK, UML, and BPMN
* In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms and data centre migrations
* Understanding of security solutions, compliance, and governance frameworks
* Able to influence and drive consensus amongst stakeholders
* Experience creating detailed business requirement documents
* Confident analysing and improving business processes
* Experience with data modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools
* Able to interpret complex data including the ability to provide actionable insights
