As an Area Administrator for our Bradford area office you will be responsible for: Arranging training/Courses for all new starters Renewal of Disclosure Barring Service checks for all staff in the area Payroll duties Create ID badges for all new staff Complete finance duties such as petty cash, expenses etc Complete all administrative functions, i.e. general minute-taking, arranging meetings, filing, photocopying, completing staff returns / scanning documents, reports, letters etc. Deal with both incoming and outgoing mail promptly and ensure relevant information is distributed as and when necessary. To liaise with Management Team to gather information in order to agree, prepare and publish the On-call rota. Responsible for updating HR systems as appropriate. To maintain stationery supplies and other consumables and equipment as required What we need from you The most important thing for us is that you have the ability use your initiative and have exceptional communication and customer service skills. As a key member of the area you should be able to organise and prioritise your workload to ensure that all general administrative tasks are completed within an efficient and timely manner. You will have shared responsibility for keeping the office environment clean and providing administrative support to the Service Managers so that they are able to deliver well led services for the People we support. Previous experience of working in a face paced administrative role would be beneficial, as it will help you to adapt to the busy environment you will be operating in. A willingness to learn is also key as it will enable you to understand the processes and needs of the organisation and the people who work within it.
