Description We currently have a vacancy for a candidate with experience of working on payroll. This role will be 4 days in the accounts office and 1 day working to support the HR function. Key Responsibilities Payroll administration - end to end payroll process Provide excellent customer service Administration of employee benefits and reward schemes HR Administration to include training admin Systems and data reports Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential criteria At least 2-3 years’ experience of payroll processing, with knowledge of payroll and finance systems (ideally CintraIQ, or similar) Would suit qualified/part-qualified, or qualified by experience, who may be looking to get into the field of HR High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and a methodical and structured approach to work Excellent IT skills, including a good knowledge of MS Office – with particular proficiency in Excel and Word Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Customer-centric and professional, with a proactive can-do attitude Solution-focused, with a flexible approach to problem-solving and dealing with issues.
