We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are hiring Out of Hours Call Centre Agents/Administrators.
Location: Potters Bar
Hours: Monday - Friday 13:00pm - 22:00pm, weekly pay, one week in arrears
Pay: £14.86 per hour for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, upon passing probation, you will then be offered a PAYE Permanent Role.
Description:
1. Communicate promptly with customers and sub-contractors.
2. Handle 65-80 calls per day.
3. Prioritize scheduling, programming, and booking for service engineers; meet diary deadlines.
4. Distribute documentation as per client requirements.
5. Control and clear engineers' timesheets daily, including electronic expenses.
6. Check and authorize supplier/sub-contractor invoices; process reports.
7. Manage challenging tenants.
8. Address customer complaints or queries.
9. Coordinate return of incorrect/damaged goods to suppliers.
10. Arrange and coordinate weekend work.
11. Complete other tasks as requested by management.

2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
