CIL and S106 Monitoring Officer with knowledge of the legislative frameworks surrounding developer contributions, excellent project support, IT and communication skills is required for a well-established organisation based in Wokingham.
Ideal candidates will be familiar with planning, infrastructure and development funding and have a good working understanding of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations and Section 106 (S106) contributions. However, this is not essential as having strong transferable skills and an interest/understanding in new development delivery would also be considered for this role.
SALARY: £39,513 - £43,693per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid role working part from the office in Wokingham and part from home
