The Senior Account Executive, Client Engagement role is a customer-oriented professional with a strong results-driven approach. The overarching goal of this role is to manage and curate relationships with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones.
Responsibilities:
Client & Vendor Management
* Participate in client communications via email or calls, as required.
* Understand processes across the team, including fulfilment and translations.
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and produce high-quality materials for external and internal stakeholders.
Project Management
* Produce agendas, minutes, and reports within defined timeframes.
* Support end-to-end completion of projects from study start-up to study close-down, including documentation.
* Track timelines ensuring adherence.
* Assist study lead with generating study/program KPIs.
* Understand study risk assessments.
* Master English/Artwork QC as required for the tactics included in scope.
Profitability Management
* Manage budgets, including inputting into client invoicing.
* Obtain vendor quotes.
* Create task orders.
* Approve pass-through invoices.
Problem Solving
* Support in reviewing copy to ensure compliance with all necessary regulatory, client, and internal requirements.
* Effectively research potential sources of information/data and provide findings to internal study teams.

Key Skills/Attributes/Education
Desired:
* Degree or higher in a biological science, or experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications, or relevant marketing/design experience.
* Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously, with experience working with numerous stakeholders.
* Proficient in Google Workspace is desirable but not essential.
