Job Description The Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Finance & Administration shall be responsible for supervising the administrative operations of the Vice President’s Office and for planning, initiating, directing, and facilitating activities in support of the Vice President for Finance & Administration. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, and five years’ experience in a similar setting. Additional experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline related to the Division’s purview, and experience in a higher education environment.
