Position Summary Staffing – Assistant Manager – CoRe Research & Insights – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited CoRe Research and Insights (CoRe R&I) is looking for a resource management professional who can develop and maintain critical resource management systems. The professional will work alongside CoRe R&I leadership to strategize resource distribution, enhance project processes, balance employee workload, and ensure maximum utilization of resources in the team. CoRe R&I supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte’s market strategies with insights. Work you’ll do Execute resource management processes in alignment with the CoRe R&I business strategy. Be the go-to person to advise and support all resource staffing and deployment needs of the team. Manage and supervise daily resource requirement activities to support project staffing requirements there by maximizing productivity and exceeding service level expectations. Ensure seamless collaboration and frequent communication with leadership, business leads, and project leads to execute the staffing plan. Provide feedback on resource utilization, project experience, and customer satisfaction Ensure resource utilization hygiene factors are met as defined by the R&I leadership (in terms of plan vs. actuals, utilization, ServiceNow compliance, and capability mapping document, etc.). Ensure that resource management data is maintained with a high degree of accuracy and conduct periodic audits and reviews. Forecast business trends, proactively find out gaps before they appear, mitigate, and improvise imperatives. Collaborate with teams across CoRe R&I to provide support where project leads can handshake to share resources in critical times to fulfil client engagements. Focus on process innovation. Explore tools, solutions, and other workflow tools that help in resource allocation, build process efficiency, and simplify the resource management process. Core Skills Required Strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Good knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage Sound understanding of MS Office with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word is a must Ability to build, own, and drive critical resourcing and operational dashboards Excellent verbal and written communication skills, that reflect logical thinking and consultative approach Understanding of operations in a professional services firm – reporting, operations, analysis, and communications Excellent program management skills, adept in probing skills to understand business needs and goals, challenges the status quo and provide alternatives Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities A team player who thinks creatively and strategically, and is adept with data analytical and visual skills Qualifications MBA from a reputed school in India or outside OR Masters’ degree in related fields Years of Experience: Over all 6-8 years with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in operations, resource management with experience and exposure to reporting to leadership level audience Client-service exposure or experience in working with senior leadership directly is a preferred Experience: 6-8 Years Location: Hyderabad Timings: 11AM to 8PM The team CoRe Research and Insights (CoRe R&I) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development and client engagements.
