The Role
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for building end-to-end features, contributing across both backend and frontend, with a focus on delivering fast, reliable, and scalable solutions. This is a highly product-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys understanding user needs and rapidly iterating on new features.
The technology stack is modern and cloud-native, including Golang (backend), TypeScript/React (frontend), and PostgreSQL (database).
Responsibilities
Building full-stack features from initial design to deployment.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across backend and frontend.
Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and founders to turn ideas into reality.
Designing and integrating APIs and microservices.
Contributing to architectural decisions and helping shape technical strategy.
Taking ownership of technical challenges, from scaling to performance optimisation.
Ensuring smooth CI/CD processes and strong observability in production.
Ideal Candidate
Commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
Strong backend experience (Golang preferred, but Python, Node.js, or similar also considered).
Frontend experience with React (or similar modern framework).
Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Strong product mindset enjoys working closely with non-technical stakeholders and solving real user problems.
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in fast-changing environments.
What They Offer
