ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers and Senior Digital Marketing Managers on various client accounts, carrying out a variety of marketing tasks. This role is ideal for candidates looking to make their first step into the digital landscape and specialise in paid media. While you may have a basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media, what’s most important is a hunger to learn and develop your skills further.
We’re a supportive, caring business that wants to get the best out of ambitious people. We ask that our team come into the office for two days a month, but in reality, you’re likely to be in the office four days a month. Want to be in the office every day? No problem. Want to avoid travelling for hours on end and WFH? That’s a-ok with us.

* Creating and updating campaign and insight reports and statistics.
* Making adjustments to advertising campaigns.

* Building action lists from client meetings and maintaining accurate task lists.
* Managing marketing calendars and ensuring that all work is completed on time.
KEY SKILLS
* Commercial experience in digital marketing, so working within paid media, SEO, or social in a full-time role or internship.
* Excellent task and time management skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* The motivation to learn and progress.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
* Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We want to get the best out of our team; we have a sensible hybrid working and flexitime policy that allows you to be in an office when you want, but work remotely when it's more productive. You can expect to be in the office at least 2 days a month and when required for client face-to-face meetings.
We’re a supportive growing team, and we’re big on training and self-improvement. We have an annual salary increase scheme (up to 7% each year).
We enjoy quarterly social events, but we don’t enforce socialising. We respect our team’s work-life balance.
