Key Responsibilities To Act as a first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance with Desktop & Laptop hardware, Desktop/laptop software, network issues with desktop/laptop, issues with mobile devices and other peripherals. Provide remote desktop support to users, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot Windows & Mac OS platforms including mobile devices running Apple iOS & Android mobile OS Setup and configuration of end user desktops, laptop, hardware, software, printers, Mobile phones and peripherals. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive support for all IT systems. Guide users with step-by-step instructions on installing applications. Document and record incidents, service requests and their resolutions in the internal ticketing system. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Help create technical documentation and manuals (KA) for known issues. Image and deploy Laptops/ Desktops/Tablets to end users. Asset Management (stock level check, tracking, receiving, preparing and shipment of assets To provide White Glove support to identified onsite VIPs. White Glove support will also include expediated end user device troubleshooting, proactive support, proactive monitoring and health checks, targeted training on new tools for executive, custom onboarding process for executive etc. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of IT innovation. Administer IT service management processes to maintain standards of service delivery. Perform daily Routine checks on UPS and monitor and other network equipment’s in server room and monitor their performance Mapped and configured network printers and other peripheral devices as needed Responsible for overall enterprise-wide performance, effectiveness and efficiency of end users computing devices. Essential Skills Strong Knowledge in Hardware troubleshooting and repair like Workstations, Corporate and Industrial printer and other hardware’s. Knowledge on Operating systems (Installations and Configuration as per company standard policy) Strong knowledge on Remote Desktop support Tools. Strong knowledge on developing technical support documentation and user's guides Strong Knowledge on software deployment/management and support Apple/Windows OS based devices Nice To Have Skills. Good knowledge on O365 configuration and profile creation Good to have Knowledge on applications / Tool like SCCM and Intune Knowledge on MS team User setup and Configuration and MS Teams calling is an added advantage. Fair knowledge on Network setup such as LAN and WAN Qualifications Possess a strong background in Endpoint services and End user services, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues. Demonstrate proficiency in supporting both Windows and Macintosh OS X laptops. Have experience with Service Now for incident management and IT service management. Be skilled in using end user tools like Nexthink to monitor and improve user experience. Show expertise in remote desktop support, with a focus on resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. Have a solid understanding of the change lifecycle management process.
