About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into loyal customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium product, closing deals with high-value clients, and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across various sectors.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activity.
* Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
* Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation and conversion.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Hubspot) and provide regular sales reports to management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, digital platforms, or technology.
* A natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a hunger for success.
* Consultative sales approach and the ability to understand complex client needs.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and an organised approach to pipeline management.
