Overview Sitting at the intersection of creativity and structure, the Creative Digital Admin owns the flow of visual content — from post-shoot curation to digital asset organisation. You’ll shape the tools that empower our teams, guiding the lifecycle of assets from idea to execution to archive. This role calls for a sharp eye, an analytical mindset, and a creative spirit that thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Digital Asset Management Own the organisation and optimisation of all creative assets across Dropbox and CMS systems. Maintain an intuitive, scalable, and visually intelligent file structure that supports campaign agility and cross-team alignment. Champion best practices around file naming conventions, version control, and access protocols. Continually evolve asset-related workflows, identifying new ways to improve clarity, speed, and creative output. Creative Asset Curation & Visual Storytelling Curate assets from written briefs with a keen eye on aesthetic, usage, and storytelling potential. Align imagery with seasonal trends, campaign narratives, and regional content needs, suggesting layouts and creative opportunities Identify and select standout visuals for various platforms — from CRM and social to ecommerce and editorial. Ensure the brand’s visual language is consistently applied, forward-thinking, and globally adaptable. Pre & Post-Shoot Coordination Act as the central liaison for creative asset flow before and after content shoots. Coordinate with production, brand, and marketing teams to track deliverables, feedback, and approvals. Manage content intake, tagging, and post-shoot categorisation for quick and strategic access. Trend Alignment & Visual Forecasting Monitor industry trends, digital culture, and competitor landscapes to help guide asset curation Make proactive suggestions on visual formats, styles, content and trading opportunities. Build and maintain inspiration libraries and trend decks that inform future shoots and asset needs. Content Toolkit Creation Compile post-shoot toolkits tailored to internal and external team needs. Package up assets with clear usage notes, formatting specs, and delivery options. Ensure toolkits are both practical and visually inspiring, promoting consistency and efficiency. About You A strong creative vision and passion for all things visual. A great eye for visual story telling, trend and analysis An ideas person – who is inspired by string visuals and can understand and interpret briefs A clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both internal and external teams. A strong visual sensibility and an understanding of what makes content engaging, on-brand, and fit for purpose. Confident in managing large volumes of digital content across multiple platforms and formats. Familiar with digital asset management tools (e.g. Dropbox, CMS systems) and comfortable documenting workflow processes. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for efficient systems. Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments. Excellent in communication across multiple departments, organisational skills, self-led and open to learning new skills Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment A passion for the creative industry and a sharp eye with attention to detail Good understanding of content management, process and detail orientated Nice to Have Experience working within creative, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
