Specialising in property investment, development, and asset management, they are dedicated to creating and managing a diverse portfolio of high-quality assets. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Facilities Administrator to join their expanding team and contribute to their continued success of the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAs the Facilities Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our facilities are running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\n \nOversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities across facilities \nProcess, track, and manage invoices and purchase orders \nLiaise with third-party contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure services are delivered as per contractual agreements \nEnsure all facilities meet health and safety standards, conducting regular audits \nMaintain records of building services and equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance \nAssist in the management of the facilities budget \nProvide administrative support to the Facilities Manager Experience & Qualifications\n \nSome exposure in facilities management or a similar administrative role, with a solid understanding of maintenance processes \nBasic knowledge of maintenance schedules, and facility-related issues \nHave some exposure to managing invoices, purchase orders, and working within budget constraints \nGood understanding of health and safety procedures \nExcellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) Benefits \nLucrative Salary on offer + incentives \nAccess to an Employee Assistance Program and health-related benefits. \nHoliday Entitlement \nOpportunities for career growth and development within the organisation \nA supportive, flexible working environment \nWork with a collaborative and friendly team of professionals If you are passionate about real estate and want to contribute to the success of a high-growth property company, we would love to hear from you
