About the Role: As a Commercial Quality Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Quality Manager. Your main tasks will involve defining commercial rules, guidelines, and methodologies related to market and consumer aspects, such as freshness, perceived quality, and handling contacts/complaints. Your goal is to ensure that Ferrero products reach Food Service and Travel Market consumers in their best quality conditions. Main Responsibilities: You will meticulously review brand importance and past quality results, leading the freshness panel in conducting quality evaluations. You will train the panel on the appropriate methodologies and criteria, working closely with them to validate the data analysis collected. As the Commercial Quality Executive, you will oversee the daily operations of the freshness panel, including implementing actions, leading the selection process, and conducting training sessions and being responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting, collaborating closely with Central, Commercial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales functions. Additionally, you will assist with any ad-hoc activities required by the Commercial Quality team including Commercial Supply Chain, Quality & Consumer Care. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of Ferrero products. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure that consumers experience the best quality products, enhancing Ferrero's reputation in the market. Who we are looking for: This role is ideal for someone with a continuous improvement mindset and exceptional attention to detail. While a background in Quality is preferred, the data-driven nature of the position makes proficiency in Excel, especially in creating pivot tables, essential.
