The role
Our Maintenance Assistants help to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in WA12 0JG
Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include :
1. Supporting the management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations
2. Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating
3. Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
4. Responding to maintenance emergencies

What you’ll bring to the team
Due to spending a lot of time on your feet and unloading heavy deliveries you will need a good physical fitness. Efficiency in fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are key. You will be able to follow instructions and be adaptable to meet the needs of both company and guests.
