As a Repairs Scheduler Lead, you’ll work within the Repairs Planning Team, supporting the Scheduling Team and the Repairs Planning Supervisor. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly, from coordinating repairs and maintenance work to managing queries and ensuring that targets are met. While you won’t have direct managerial responsibilities, you’ll be a key point of contact, helping the team perform at their best and ensuring high standards are maintained. What skills and experience do you need? We are looking for an existing Scheduler who is looking to take the next step in their Pobl career. Someone who is: ✔ Organised and able to plan and coordinate multiple tasks effectively. ✔ A great communicator who can work well with colleagues, customers, and contractors. ✔ Confident using IT systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. ✔ Experienced in scheduling multi-trade works and familiar with key performance indicators. ✔ Calm under pressure, able to problem-solve and work in a busy environment. ✔ Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. ✔ A team player who can support and guide others while maintaining a positive workplace culture. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £ 30,438 for a 40 hour full time permanent position 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days It is essential for the successful candidate A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
