What we are looking for:
It is a very exciting time at The Work Perk with the launch of a newly designated Americas team. With the expansion of the USA and launches into Latin America, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join in a huge growth market for the organisation. You will be founding SDR’s in the region and with the right work ethic, it would be an incredibly lucrative opportunity.
The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching the market, targeting and identifying multiple sectors, reaching out to new clients via phone and email to develop sales opportunities. Your role will be to consult brands, identify their goals for growth and help best advise which, if not all, of our routes to market would suit them best. It would be beneficial for you to have come from this industry; however, it is not essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Identify relevant leads in a variety of sectors and territories
* Proactively open viable business opportunities
* Liaise and pitch to top-tier clients
* Manage global customers
* Present the solutions both in person and virtually to clients
* Create proposals and decks (working in partnership with our design team)
Desired Qualifications:
* Second language desirable (Spanish / Portuguese)
* Hungry for success with attitude and drive to exceed targets
* Willingness to work long hours should the project dictate
* Pro-active attitude and an eagerness to learn
* Previous experience of working within advertising is desired
* Excellent communication skills

Additional Details:
This role is full time, working in Canary Wharf Monday – Thursday and WFH on Friday. The main working hours are 11am – 9pm or 12pm – 10pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8am-12pm Friday.
