Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Sales Controller Role
1. Showroom based, meet and greet customers
2. To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
3. To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
4. To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
5. To oversee the enquiry management process
6. To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
7. To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
8. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals
About You
9. 2-3 years experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
10. To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulations
11. To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
12. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
13. Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
14. To have a valid driving licence
Package
Basic: £25,000 OTE £50,000 uncapped
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, One late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in week and no Sundays
