We are looking for SEN Teachers to provide support to students in Trafford and the surrounding areas. As an SEN Tutor, we expect you to show patience, ingenuity, and charisma during roles held with Teaching Personnel. A charismatic and approachable exterior can be the difference when it comes to a young person’s tuition.
The pay for tutoring is £25-30 per hour. It is desirable for the applicants to hold a full UK driving license as a selection of the pupils may need to be tutored within their home/at a local library.
Requirements for the role:
1. A solid grasp of the English Language to convey themselves to students.
2. A desire to promote and encourage, as well as motivate themselves.
3. An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided).
4. Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH, and other additional needs.
5. Classroom/1-1 teaching experience desirable, as well as knowledge of up-to-date safeguarding training for those in education.
6. An excellent understanding of the SEN curriculum (all Key Stages).
7. Professional references from your two most recent employers, totaling 24 months from a 10-year career history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
