Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our casual team here at Anfield Stadium, as Mobile Beer Sellers (Hawkers). You will be customer facing, responsible for serving alcoholic beverages from a backpack, based at a fixed point on match and event days within the concourses.
You will deliver outstanding customer service to our fans by producing a mobile service to reduce queues on a busy concourse.
What will you be doing?
* Be professional and friendly when welcoming guests onto the concourse and serving alcoholic beverages.
* Take and fulfil orders via card payment and use the EPOS system to do so.
* Carry a backpack weighing up to 20 kgs.
* Maintain a fast-paced experience, service 2 hours before and throughout the football match/event.
* Leave equipment in a pristine condition at the end of the shift.
* Take pride in yours and your area’s presentation and be a positive ambassador of the club for all events.
* Take instruction from your senior team members to ensure proper stock management/rotation and replenishment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for well-presented, friendly, and approachable individuals who can use their own initiative and work well within a team. You must be customer service driven and be passionate about giving great service.
This position is customer facing and involves serving alcoholic beverages and carrying a backpack of up to 20kgs.
Please note in roles which require serving alcohol, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over.
