Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for building high-performing teams. The Sales Director will be responsible for originating new business, developing and executing sales strategies and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in specific regions.
Sales Planning and Execution:
* Develop and execute sales plans, including target-setting, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Achieve individual Sales Targets
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, introducers and strategic partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
* Use market insights to identify new opportunities, address challenges, and refine sales strategies.
Sales Operations:
* Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective use of technology.
* Implement and optimize CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration:
* Collaborate with other departments, including operations, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
* Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on sales performance and strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
1. Experience:
* Minimum of 5 Years experience in a sales role within the Invoice and Trade Finance industry
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
