Whether you come from broking, underwriting or claims if you've got the ambition to manage and develop own wholesale/client book we want to speak to you.
Key accountabilities
1. To develop and maintain good working relationships with all clients
2. Develop own client book by retaining existing client's business and adding new clients either via recommendations or wholesale leads
3. Promptly respond to all client enquiries and provide appropriate advice
4. Ensure everything done is with a view to achieving a positive client outcome
5. Ensure client visits are made which are appropriate to client requirements so that service levels are achieved
6. Discuss and assess client requirements and only ever provide solutions that meet these requirements
7. Assist the client and DRP claims team as appropriate with any claims from own client book. Insurer relationships
8. Ensure knowledge of insurer's products, appetite and key personnel is kept up to date
9. Provide prompt response to insurer queries
10. Develop good working relationships with key personnel at all insurers
11. Provide both written and verbal, clear, professional and concise communication to clients, insurers and colleagues
12. Ensure the dedicated service team for your clients are kept up to date with any appropriate client changes or requirements and understand what is expected of them to ensure requirements are met
13. Ensure renewals are carried out on a timely basis
14. Manage own time effectively
15. Ensure all actions agreed with client are completed within timescales
16. Growth of own client book via renewal retention and new business income
