Reporting directly to our management team, our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of organising and have a strong customer focus. Our ideal candidate requirements: You will be required to assist in several general admin tasks, some experience of CAD would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given. You will be required to learn our bespoke software platform, training will be given to ensure high level of understanding. Assisting where required greeting of customers, some receptionist roles. Key responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to: Processing and helping co-ordinate works won by the sales teams Scheduling works with clients. Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure compliance with external governing bodies. Processing of paperwork from internal teams. Liaising with team managers on a daily basis to ensure necessary tasks are completing before, during and after scheduled installation works. Key requirements Good Microsoft office skills Very good organisation skills Good communication skills, applicant will need to be able to communicate well with customers, suppliers, internal teams and internal engineering teams. Ability to Work in a very fast paced environment.
