You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team while handling a high volume of work efficiently. This role requires strong multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Drive excellent customer service through various channels, promptly resolving queries. Organise and coordinate daily tasks for your team, balancing workloads across activities. Ensure quality in all communications and adherence to data protection regulations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing the use of technology. Collaborate with the wider People team to enhance employee engagement and support. Oversee people administration related to acquisitions and administer key company benefits. Skills and Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer service-oriented environment. Strong organisational skills to plan, delegate, and prioritize in a high-volume setting. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improvements. Attention to detail in managing people data and communications.
