Key Role and responsibilities:
As a Site Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure the smooth operation of works to multiple properties concurrently.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Law and CDM Regulations.
3. Assist in the selection and formation of site personnel teams (including sub-contractors) as determined by the requirements of the designated contract.
4. Supervise site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of the designated contract.
5. Manage the works to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements.
6. Ensure control measures within risk and COSHH assessments are implemented and followed.
7. Manage the works to ensure each property is handed over on the agreed date.
8. Maintain the trust and support of site personnel.
9. Oversee the works to ensure the client/customer requirements and specifications are met.
10. Deal with client/customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently.
Person Specification:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
Qualifications
Essential: SSSTS or SMSTS.
Relevant experience
Essential: Extensive experience of social housing voids and planned kitchen & bathroom works.
Aptitude, skills & abilities
Essential:
