UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity. Born of the NHS, we’ve been working for over 30 years towards a world where everyone has the healthcare they need when crises or disasters hit.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with our Chief Executive. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the Chief Executive’s effectiveness by providing comprehensive support, managing sophisticated calendar arrangements, and facilitating internal and external communications.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating travel, scheduling, preparing and editing important documents and presentations, conducting research and analysis on relevant topics, organising meetings and events, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Trustees. The role demands a high level of discretion and professionalism in managing the Chief Executive’s social media presence and supporting donor/funder relations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organisational, communication, and management skills. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision, is crucial.
UK-Med offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a dynamic working environment, where you can make a tangible difference through your contribution to our humanitarian efforts. If you’re ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you.
