Join our dedicated team and take on the pivotal role of avalued Customer Service Advisor, committed to providing comprehensiveassistance across various customer inquiries. As part of your role, you willutilise our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system, gainingaccess to vital customer information such as scanned application forms andrelevant documents. Your primary responsibility will involve leveraging arepository of information and frequently asked questions to ensure eachcustomer inquiry receives top-notch support.
You will engage directly with customers through phone calls,written communications, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions effectivelyto meet their needs. It is important to note that certain accounts may involvehandling sensitive and confidential information, requiring the highest levelsof discretion and sensitivity toward potentially distressing content. Your commitment will be instrumental in ensuring ourcustomers receive the support and care they deserve. Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Preston. You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days a week. Training will be remote but may be office based in Preston.

Requirements
12. Customer service/contact centre experience
13. Willingness to travel to First Floor Building D, West Strand Business Park, West Strand, Preston, PR1 8UY once a week
14. IT literate, and experience using Microsoft packages (inc Word, excel)
15. Excellent communication skills, including multi-channel customer communication and complaint management.
16. Educated to GCSE standard
