To assist the project managers to efficiently and accurately process orders through our internal procedures, systems and software. Focusing on the highest level of accuracy and customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Process orders through our internal software and generate customer documentation.
2. Contact internal and external customers.
3. Ensure projects are kept on track to quoted customer timelines.
4. Check the accuracy of internal and external orders.
5. Create purchase orders.
6. Provide feedback to the technical department on errors or improvements to the software.
7. Check the accuracy of drawings and internal order information.
8. Provide regular updates to customers.
9. Complete administrative tasks relating to orders.
10. Maintain and update customer databases.
11. Work with Microsoft packages.
12. Understand the core products and knowledge of each system.
13. Book hotel rooms for Installation teams on a weekly basis.
14. Perform other general administrative tasks.
Skills:
1. Excellent customer relations for both internal and external customers.

4. Excellent communication skills.
Experience:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
2. Experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential.
3. Experience within the glazing industry is desirable but not essential.
