Potential full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the firm's financial records and supporting the overall financial operations.
Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
* Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
* Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
* Liaise with clients and vendors regarding payment queries and discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to financial transactions
* Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency
