1. Processing goods received notes to purchase orders
2. Setting up and subcontractor payments
3. Reconciling statements
4. Handling supplier queries
5. Processing BACS run
Additional duties involve:
1. Taking phone calls
2. Scanning documents
3. Filing
4. Monitoring the inbox
5. Reporting
Requirements:
The role requires experience in high-volume processing, working to deadlines, and being proactive and assertive within a team. It also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
