Due to impressive growth, they are now looking for a talented National Account Manager to drive the performance of a portfolio of healthcare brands within key grocery retailers.
Role
As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of well-established healthcare brands within major UK Grocery retailers, including Co-op, Waitrose, and Ocado. Reporting to the Account Controller, you will work closely with the wider commercial team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with brand objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing joint business plans to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales
* Creating and executing promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and market share
* Managing forecasting, sales reporting, and budget control
* Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and delivering against key sales targets
This role offers the perfect balance of strategic influence and hands-on account management, giving you the autonomy to make a real impact while benefiting from strong leadership support.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will be a driven and commercially astute professional with a proven track record of growing and developing business within retail accounts. Experience in branded healthcare, health & beauty, or adjacent FMCG categories is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
Location & Flexibility
This role offers fantastic flexibility, with a home-based setup. There will be some travel to key customers and a monthly visit to the company’s South East head office, ensuring a great balance between autonomy and customer / head office interaction.
