Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Head of Amazon & Pure Player (based in the UK), you will have complete ownership and accountability of pan-EU Amazon business, driving revenue and margin growth. You will be responsible for developing new marketplaces, implementing growth strategies for existing accounts, executing initiatives to maximise sales and profitability, and managing the NS, GM & CM across all brands in key European markets. You will work cross-functionally with Local Commercial, Local Supply Chain, Content & Media, and Brand Teams internally, and manage media agencies or distributors externally. Additionally, you will lead EU strategy implementation and day-to-day escalations for Amazon.
Show Us What You've Got
The ideal teammate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/ Personal Care sector and a strong network in the industry. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
1. Significant experience with Pure Player and Amazon, ideally in Europe, activation levers, product flow, and website/App performance optimisation.
2. Direct and hands-on sales experience in eCommerce within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics or Beauty.
3. Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth—managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail media management.
5. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
6. Proven teamworking skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven.
8. Proficient in English.
