Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Ascot.
Role: Accounts Administrator - Hybrid on completion of probation
Location: Ascot
Salary: £24, to £26, per annum

Responsibilities:
9. Review and process internal financing contracts
10. Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status
11. Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information
12. Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing
13. Download and review customer contracts and documentation
14. Prepare reports using Excel
15. Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
16. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
17. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
18. Proficient in SAP or equivalent software
19. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
