Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Description & Background: You will be responsible for managing this client's resourcing activities including planning, attracting and selecting new employees. Working collaboratively with hiring managers from all areas of the business and provide advice and support to assist each area throughout the hiring process. Accountabilities: • Develop and implement a robust direct candidate attraction strategy • Oversee all recruitment campaigns, attract candidates through the hiring process, and other relevant sources • Support managers to design and implement suitable recruitment tools • Review current recruitment practice and recommend continuous improvements Experience Required: • Previous experience of the full end-to-end recruitment cycle • Experience of recruiting roles across a wide variety of functions / skill areas from white collar campaigns to managers (preferably in a Construction Sector business) • Experience of sourcing and using a variety of sourcing channels including the internet, employee referral, advertising and third parties • Strong project management skills • Ability to build close working relationships with team colleagues and internal/external stakeholders • Experience in managing external suppliers, including monitoring PSL performance.
