We currently have a number of positions available within Justice Services, so are seeking ambitious, motivated fully qualified, registered social workers to join our Assessment & Case Management (ACM) and Court & Early Intervention (CEI) Teams in Falkirk.
For the Social Worker grade: You must have post-qualifying experience of working in Justice Social Work to apply. You will have experience of the case management of individuals subject to community-based orders and licences and be a proficient report writer with a proven ability to assess and manage risk. You must have a good knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to justice services, be accredited in the risk assessment tools (Essential: LSCMI; Desirable: SA07, RM2K, SARAv3) and trained in the Caledonian System and MFMC. Placement on the salary scale will be dependent on experience.
For the Advanced Practitioner grade: You must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience of working in Justice Social Work to apply. You will have significant experience of the case management of individuals subject to community-based orders and licences and be a proficient report writer with a proven ability to assess and manage risk. You must have a good knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to justice services, be accredited in the risk assessment tools (SA07, RM2K, LSCMI, SARAv3) and trained in the Caledonian System and MFMC. Advanced Practitioners are required to hold, or undertake within 2 years of appointment, relevant post-qualifying awards to support them in their role. Mentoring social workers and paraprofessional workers is a requirement of the post. Placement on the higher salary scale will be dependent on experience.
