Job summary Salaried GP 4-6 sessions If you are enthusiastic and highly motivated we would like you to join our practice team We are the largest single sited GP surgery in South Gloucestershire and we seek to appoint a GP for our growing patient population. We are a forward thinking modern GP practice and the successful candidate will join a diverse clinical team including Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Practitioner, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Nurse Practitioners, Physician associates and Minor Illness Nurses. GPs have minimal documents workflow (e.g. docman) and prescription queries due to our bespoke work streams and dedicated admin and patient coordinator teams. All clinical contacts (telephones and face to face) are 15mins with 26 contacts per day. We have convenient transport links and close by to the M4/5 interchange. The practice has a strong ethos on education and mentoring. As well as training Foundation and GP specialist trainees, the practice regularly runs regular education events to support CPD. Each newly recruited GP also has a dedicated mentor for support. The practice is also engaged in the BNSSG NQGP mentoring programme and would welcome applications from candidates of the fellowship scheme.
