* Provide regular feedback to the Senior Engineering Manager on the performance of the team
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
* Degree from an accredited course of study in aerospace or other safety critical engineering disciplines
* Experience working in an EASA Design Organisation (DOA) or similar aerospace fields
Skills/Experience:
* Knowledge of Type Design and Continuing Airworthiness for EASA/FAA aircraft
* Understanding of the certification of part/CS 23/25, 27/29 aircraft and their design changes and modifications
* Proven record of delivering complex engineering change programmes with strong project management skills
* Expert in managing both experienced and junior engineers, with a track record of building highly effective distributed teams
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment with the ability to adapt to various technologies
* Experience in EASA design organisation projects with strong time management skills
