Senior Relationship Outsourcing Manager
Location: London, Norwich, York or Bristol based
Salary circa £80,000 (national) circa £90,000 (London) - depending on experience and location

A bit about the job:
This role is pivotal in managing a team responsible for the operational delivery of a portfolio of clients. You will ensure that outsourcing services are delivered in line with service delivery agreements, internal policies, and relevant regulations. You will oversee the development of policies and procedures, manage key relationships, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Your strategic guidance will be crucial in identifying outsourcing opportunities, conducting vendor selection, and negotiating contracts and SLAs.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in leading the management of outsourced relationships preferably in Financial Services
* Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness
* Role models high quality customer service
* Excellent self-awareness and interpersonal skills
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary around £80,000 (National) - £90,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
* Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
